Congratulations to all students who took part in the Sparring Day collaboration with our local friends Phoenix MMA Academy & Boxing Bournemouth.

On this occasion we mixed up the MMA & Boxing teams, producing some excellent work from both academies. There was a nice cross section of new and experienced fighters and the spirit was one of respect and learning. All liberty taking and ego's were left at the door on the way in.

It was a valuable experience and one that we hope to take forward with more collaborations in the future, both in the gym and in the ring.
