| Venom: Cornick Back For More! | | Print | |

On 21st October he travels to South East London to fulfil his obligation to challenge Stuart Lawson for his ISKA British title. Lawson has been around for a long time and is a silky smooth mover inside the ring which is not Cornicks favourite style of fighter. However this is over 9 rounds and is a very long time to be on your toes for. Cornick has shown that he can stand toe to toe for long periods on a number of occasions and the distance won't worry him. His chin has also been tested by harder punchers than Lawson and he remains without a stoppage against him throughout his entire career. It's a nice match and one that will, win or lose, once again re-affirm Cornick's position as one of the tope light welterweights in the country. Tickets available from Bulldog HQ (01202) 294223.
