Mike Camp made an explosive debut, out gunning Dane Wakeman (Taurus Gym) in under a round.

This was a nice even match. Both men weighed in at the same weight and had similar builds.

There were no scouting reports as Campo went straight for the takedown followed by ground & pound. From there it was a war of attrition on the canvas with both men scoring well for the first minute.

From there Campo took over and began to dominate, forcing Wakeman to offer up his back. Campo was straight on him and took about 20 seconds to sink in the rear naked choke for the submission and an excellent victory!

This earned him the Kelly Maguire Memorial Trophy for "Best New Prospect"!
