Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is the often mis-understood national sport of Thailand. It is considered by some to be too brutal as it makes use of Feet, Fists, Knees & Elbows in combination to produce a devastating effect. In addition, participants are allowed to catch kicks & use clinching techniques. However, when practised responsibly it is one of the most complete, interesting and effective martial arts.

Many students do not wish to spar therefore all sparring tuition takes place in an additional class which is optional. This class focuses on:

With sparring classes available at all levels, this class can be included in your program from day one.
Additional information:
All classes are structured and regulated with multiple instructors dedicated to getting the maximum from each student. We appreciate that 95% of students have no desire to compete but for those that do we offer light and full contact competition options. For those that wish to train and experience the benefits without competing, here are just some of them.
