Paul Williams travelled to Dorchester as part of Team Bulldog, for his white collar boxing debut.

Williams is the first fighter to emerge from the Bulldog satellite club run by Ross Phillips and has been ready to go for some time.

The Dorchester opportunity seemed ideal but ironically he and his opponent Glen Sales both failed to get medical clearance due to high blood pressure.

Due to the medical team arriving in two time slots, the blood pressure of all fighters was taken a little late which probably added to the anxiety for both fighters. Subsequent readings the following day proved normal and it is likely these two will finally meet on a forthcoming event.
