Since moving down to Featherweight Lawson has re-invented himself and consequently our brothers across the pond have started to take more notice. His 3 fight deal with Shine Fight Promotions looks to be an excellent stepping stone for him in 2010. Shine seem to be progressing massively having signed the likes of Dim Thomas, Murilo "Ninja" Rua and the monster Jeff Monson.
