Team Bulldog's 3 x World Champion Natalie Bee fought off strong opposition to be awarded Female Kickboxing Fighter of the Year for the ISKA (International Sport Kickboxing Association).

This is indeed a high honour with ISKA being one of the "Top 4" industry sanctioning bodies.

Bee's challengers Stacey Parker (beaten by Bee in 2006) and Katie Sandall both had an excellent 2009 and the decision was a close one.

Bee, however, enjoyed her best year ever in 09 culminating in the double world title showdown with Kickboxing legend Tracey Renow.

It is nice to see the ISKA voting in recognition of a fighter who usually fights outside of their initials (Bee is IKF World Lightweight Champion). Congratulations to Natalie Bee!
