The top of the bill clash lived up to all expectations and more as Rocha & Rahman put in lifetime best performances.

As expected this was about stand up trading and G&P, with both men giving no ground at any time.

At any moment it looked as though either man could go out to a shot as the punches came in thick and fast, some connecting and some glancing off the gloves.

At one point Rocha took the fight to the ground and quickly found himself in the mount position. He reigned in punch after punch and it looked as though the fight would end. But Rahman managed to get through this and before long they were back on their feet.

Rocha was visably gassed having put every ounce into what he thought would be a stoppage and Rahman took full advantage, taking the fight back to the ground and initiating his own G&P. Rocha had nothing left in the tank and the referee was forced to step in.

An epic battle that swung back and forth right until the end.

Congratulations to both men. Rocha is now looking for a slot on April's Absolute Adrenaline Main Event card.
