The new 6 week beginners course in Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is now available to anyone over the age of 14.
Designed for complete beginners and those with limited knowledge of the style, it concentrates on:

Once completed you will have the option to join as a member and continue training as an improver in the main Thai Boxing group as well as having the opportunity to formulate a programme that suits your needs, either in a specific or multi-style package. In addition we offer a range of "attribute" classes that allow you to "pimp your programme" and get the very best from your Your Senior Instructor and co-ordinator is European Thai Boxing Champion Jenny Prowse who is assisted by a number of Instructors both male & female. In addition they receive ongoing training and refresher courses in all aspects of their work. We embrace new ideas and modern training methods and welcome new students from all backgrounds, ethnic groups & gender.
