ONE 2 ONE TRAINING
Why One To One Training?: One to One personal training is the ideal way to accelerate your progression and master the techniques that you learn in class. It is estimated that one personalized session is equal to 6 group classes in terms of learning and knowledge retention. What Does It Involve?: One to One training is aimed solely at you, concentrating on your goals. You will discuss this with your instructor who will advise and create a training program to suit. You can be as specific or general as you like as the program can be updated at any time to accomodate your ever changing needs. How Often Should I Train?: It's all about finance right now for everybody. Ideally you would mix a couple od sessions per week in with your general training but many people are sticking to one which still enhances their skills massively over a period of time. Like everything, this is changable and you are not committed to a certain day and time. You can work this out individually with your instructor. All we would ask is for 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel a class. This will give the instructor the opportunity to re-book with another client. Do I Really Need To Attend General Classes?: YES. One to One sessions enable to to move into a general class with more skill and confidence. With other people around you, your progression compared to theirs will be obvious and will help you to act and react under different circumstances. There is no substitute for training with other people as you can learn so much about yourself from their good and bad points. One to One training just gives you that extra boost to be one stepo ahead. But It's Expensive Right?: WRONG. If you look at it per hour it may seem expensive but if you add up the cost of 5/6 classes by comparison it is probably about right or even a bit cheaper. I Have A Friend And We Want To Train Together: That's not a problem. Small groups work too. In fact in many cases you will motivate each other. You will both need to be looking at more or less the same goals to maximise your benefits but small groups are good. How Can I Get A Discount?: If you block book with an instructor there is usually a deal to be had that makes it worthwhile. Also for small groups, although it is more expensive than an individual session, you do not pay full price for the extra people therefore split between you, the cost will be cheaper. How Do I Maximise My Training To Get The Most Benefit?: Each of our instructors has their specialist area and other areas of interest.
